- BBQ Slider or BBQ Taco Bar Buffet including all the fixings for sliders or tacos, bbq chicken, pulled pork plus mac & cheese and waffle fries
35/person, 45/person for both, Add brisket for 5pp - BBQ Buffet Buffet including bbq chicken, brisket, ribs, pulled pork, mac & cheese, pit-smoked beans, coleslaw, cornbread, and our siganture bbq sauces.
45/person, Add salmon for 5pp - Mingling Apps Party Choose three appetizers: BBQ Wings, Queso & Chips (v), Brisket Nachos, Pulled Pork BBQ Fries, Crispy Brussel Sprouts (v), Szechuan Burnt Ends (+4pp)
35/person - Banquet Hall A classic banquet hall spread: Prime Rib au jus, Seared Salmon or Roast Chicken, Mashed Potatoes (v), Wild Rice & Vegetables (v), Chili-crunch Asparagus, (v) Caesar Salad (v)
75/person - Beverage Options Sodas & iced teas are included in the above food menu pricing. For additional bar drinks, you select a dollar cap ($250, 500, etc), and once that cap is reached, you can choose to extend it, or transition to a cash bar
